We’d like to introduce our property to you as a site for small group retreats, family gatherings, and workshops. This beautiful hideaway provides solitude with 4 cabins (accommodates 14) and an outdoor pickleball court situated on 35 private acres along Sleepy Creek. This unique property offers individual privacy and group gathering spaces nestled in the wooded hills of West Virginia. Come enjoy the feeling of being at your own private resort.
We truly believe we have been given this property for the opportunity to serve small groups/families gathering together for sharing experiences and creating new memories.
Our property is approximately 10 minutes from the center of Berkeley Springs, WV; long known for its healing spring waters.

Best getaway cabin! It was peaceful and very relaxing! The cabin was very clean and we felt right at home. This cabin was as described and more! Hosts were amazing and VERY HELPFUL! I highly recommend this cabin. We love our stay and hope to come again soon!

PERFECT HONEYMOON!
We had a great time and the property offered the cozy cabin getaway we were looking for. Loved the large fireplace and open kitchen area. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. Even had everything we needed to make s’mores by the fire pit!

The best place to take a small family for a private vacation in the woods! We enjoyed the grounds, the hiking trails, and we had the best creek walking! The cabin itself was spacious and fit our needs for our family of 6. We love the cabin experience, and this cabin had all the amenities of a modern home and more!
